    Cookie dough and shakes were lovely inly problem was I ordered with no nuts but when they came none were labelled so was confused into which one had not nuts so to be safe didn't give my daughter any so she had cookie dough instead. When I phoned to let them know the man on the phone was lovely and tried letting me know which one had no nuts but I didn't feel safe to give my daughter any

    Bought two create your own waffles which were over cooked, they were hard and cold. Ice cream had to be thrown as it was like water. Only x ice cream came with waffles and ice cream was missing from shake house special cookie dough. Cookie dough was cold and rock hard. Very very disappointing not worth £ at all. Will not be using shake house again. Shocking quality. Not edible. Delivery person came and wasn’t the person shown on the app. Should of been a woman on scooter, a man turned up in a car.

    Placed an order at around : through Just Eat, said the estimated delivery would be :-:, came to around pm and still nothing so decided to call the restaurant to be told the delivery driver had delivered the food yet no one had come to my door and I even had a code that I was supposed to give to the driver when he arrived so not sure how it was delivered to the wrong adress and handed over without the code. The person on the phone said he would sort the order out and get it corrected for us, an hour and a half later and still nothing. Tried to call back again to get an update and no one answered. Requested a refund through just eat and left a star review on there as well. Won’t be ordering from here again.
